Waitlist privacy notice.

This notice covers the Speakmint launch waitlist. Joining is free. It does not create an app account or a subscription.

What we collect

Your email address, your optional phone-platform choice (iOS, Android or Both), your optional pricing-interest answer (Yes, Maybe or No), the planned price and currency shown to you when available, the time you join, and the launch-email consent version. We also retain answers voluntarily submitted through earlier versions of the waitlist.

Why we keep it

We use your email to let you know when Speakmint launches. Your optional platform choice and pricing feedback help us plan the app. By submitting the form, you agree to this use. The planned price is ₹199/month in India and US$3.99/month elsewhere. This question is feedback, not a payment authorisation or subscription. We do not sell your details or use this waitlist for unrelated marketing.

Vercel provides an approximate country from your connection to choose the displayed currency. We do not store that country or a precise location in your waitlist entry. If the country is unavailable, the displayed price is US$3.99/month.

How it is stored

Supabase stores waitlist entries. Vercel hosts the website and processes submissions. Access to the signup list is restricted to the server and authorised project operators. The public website cannot read the list.

For spam protection, the server turns your IP address into a keyed hash and limits submission attempts. Those limiter records expire after 24 hours, with scheduled cleanup within the following hour. Application code does not log submitted emails or store raw IP addresses in the waitlist database. Hosting providers may process connection information in their operational logs.

Retention and your choices

The story includes an optional Instagram profile preview. It connects to Instagram only when you select “Load profile”. Instagram then receives connection information and may use cookies according to its own policies. You can leave the preview closed and still join the waitlist.

We keep your waitlist entry until the launch email has been sent, or until you ask us to remove it, and delete it within 90 days after that launch email. You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@speakmint.in from the address you joined with.

No payment details or recordings

This website collects no payment information and never requests microphone access. The lesson preview uses written examples. It does not record or evaluate you. Joining does not send an immediate confirmation email.
